turbormonkey
Hi guys this is the second time I have had to change a pnp switch on a different 850, the first time( which was three years ago didnt go so smoothly. I followed the bay 13 instructions but ended up cracking the whole connector and sending it to the indy to fix for a rediculous price . Does anybody have any tips or better writeups or diagragms to follow. I want this one to go smoothly, if anybody has any crucial links or details let me know. thanks

smokin' T5M
Don't rush! I use a pick to get the connector out of the retainer.

PharmD
Don't hurry and break anything - get help if you need it! Never attempt a job you don't have the proper help/tools to take on.
KlausC
The connector get a lot of dirt and grit all over it making it difficult to come apart. Cleaning it with electrical cleaner usually helps a lot. Just go slowly and clean it before you reconnect.Klaus
