Trust me. Dye the trim. Looks amazing afterwards.

il try that ive just been using trim exterior stuff works pretty good but il try that.

thanks for the complements, yea im kinda ocd about keeping the car clean(wash 2 times a week, wax once a week)

but unfortunately today i hit a pot hole coming home and messed up a rim pretty bad, im pissed at myself for hitting it (i was distracted by a nice red s40) i could have avoided it, and just throwing on the spare wouldn't look right (i had all but the spare powder coated) its functional but ugly and not a good idea to drive on it... il post pics later

hmm just the R looks out of place, i really like the look of the 850R, and i "debadged" the license plate today along with the trim dye, i love the look of the trim now, thanks for that tip, and it does look alot nicer now with the trim and licenses plate holder "debadged", and to save a thread in the wanted any one got a spare volan for sale?

i thought about that, but its a big rear end and a small little R, i think it would look a little out of place being so small, and i have tried goo-gone,rubbing compound, clay bars, power buffers w/ rubbing compound and elbow grease to get rid of those markings, there not scratches, but what seems to be a build up of oxidation, road grime and lord knows what else from over years, (it is where there was no plastic or glue between the letters like the hole in the o's, the space in the v and the l) ive tried almost everything, if you have any suggestions please throw um out, its raining right now but il try the blow dryer when the weather permits

Find an autobody supply place and ask them for an eraser. It's a drill attachment and should cost under $15. They burn through stuff like old vinyl lettering like it was nothing but wont hurt your paint. After that, hit it with some rubbing compound just to clean it up, wash, wax, enjoy.

/Tony the sig is sick! The stance with the wheels, debadge and the CF from the back is bitchin!

Debadge it all. Sleeper ftw. I have gotten sooooo many comments and looks without any badging. My mazda emblem in back has 2 holes in it to mount or else it would be off as well...just one more piece of the body work puzzle for this spring!$

Saw a white 855r at the RI class xc meet this weekend. the outside was trashed and it had cetus but i saw it from a mile away and it what still hot!

Looks good but dye the trim it will look so much better.

Read up a couple posts and you will see that he just got around to dyeing the trim and said he loved it.

Btw, thanks Brandon on the comments. Im happy with the way the car sits right now. Maybe just a tad lower.
