Ghost Shadow Posted April 7, 2013 Report Share Posted April 7, 2013 drove my R for the first time since getting this 2003 V8 4runner, put 580 miles in the last 2 weeks on it and neglected the R, So today it got a bath, last one was 6 months ago in october WTF. also took off the cargo box and roof rails. she does not have to be a work whore anymore like this. Shes back to looking like a hot swede again....after her bath and i cleaned and scrubbed each wheel 3 times over to get all the BBk brake shit off the wheels. note to self, dont do that again. now the 4 runner is the work hoe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Of course I don't haul extra fuel either. She has a 30+ gallon tank. I do love 4 Runners though. And don't even tell me your gas mileage in the 4 Runner. That would piss me off. I get single digit mileage towing my big ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD summer house on wheels (the 20+ ft camper). What's up with the tow eye in the R? Did you need a tow? Playing at a track? How about those pics ? tow hook is the urban battering ram. fuck those bump in to parralel park people. had a dude in a acura integra poke a hole in his bumper from banging into my hook. he hit me hard enough to get the train horns a honking! my v8 actually gets better gas mileage than my R, it hangs around 1100 rpm @ 60mph. thats pretty sweet for a 5 speed v8. here's V70R pics Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RobT5M Posted April 7, 2013 Report Share Posted April 7, 2013 ^ sexy <3 here its going to be 86-90 next week. as much as I miss driving the S, the C has AC while the S is down, I r playing with the C. removed and cleaned the spark plug cover and timing cover, sanded and painted the cam cover. next is find my red engine paint and sand the spark plug cover bolts and do dat. probably pull the tstat housing and everything on that side and prep / paint once the S is fixed up and drivable. never a good idea to have both cars down at one time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
