Obviously we will inspect all the hoses before replacing but I'd like to stay out of the junk yard this weekend pulling the fuel lines out. He was supposed to be in Ocean City and instead we'll be dropping the tank (partly) here tonight. Yup, It was the vent from the top of the tank to the filler neck. Also found all the rubber evap lines were toast. Since FCP didn't want to ship parts this Saturday we ghetto spliced the hose for the time being. I'm really glad there was ~6 gallons left in the tank when we did all this. Also if you're incompetent (like me) and can't manage to disconnect the fuel lines to the pump. Just unclip them from the body/tank and you'll have enough slack to lower the tank and replace the bad lines. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
