Timbo Slice
I only noticed it when I installed the DP. I almost think I have a leak somewhere because the smell is pretty bad. I've been popping a P2196 code intermittently for the past week and a half so yesterday I removed and reinstalled both O2 sensors to make sure there weren't any leaks and all that...still smells and the code came back on last night. I have a feeling I might have a leak at the DP-CB flange and may have to look into it. The smell is so bad, when I get out of my car to go wherever I may be going, I can still smell the exhaust on my clothes.
Emiel
OBX? The flange on mine is off, took me 3 gaskets to get it right. No codes here, but I've got a rear lambda spacer. And it does smell, very bad. Especially with the sunroof on tilt, it creates a vacuum behind the car, sucks the fumes inside at 40mph...
Timbo Slice
Turbo or catback flange? I'm about ready to drop it off at the exhaust shop with both new OE gaskets and a Magnaflow high flow cat and just let him go to town.

Are you running no gasket on the turbo or catback?
Mesoam
no gasket on the turbo but i used the one they included for the catback, did you get rid of those studs on the oem catback and use the bolts they included? I don't think it would have sealed had i not done that
matt b
On topic: washed the wheels (pressure washed them to facilitate wax application later) and cleaned the leather. A friend spilled most of his coke on the seat yesterday, so it needed it.

I don't think it would have sealed had i not done that I grinded and drilled out the studs and used my own bolts as the originals were all rusted out. I didn't get anything with DP so I'm using the OE gasket (was in good condition) and my own bolts.

zpd
Felt the acceleration shakes earlier this week. Lifted the car up this evening and as suspected found this: Time to spend more money.
