northmiler89
...Ballin! Just finished painting them.. My first attempt at painting wheels-- Going to give them a few days to cure while I find myself some all seasons for them. Anyone have trouble running 235/45s on their 7'' wheels?..Getting some Volk TAs once my tax return comes in, but these are fun and I wont have to worry about pulling up to a light and seeing another MS3 with identical wheels Just a teaser for now.-Cant really see the true color of the wheels without sunlight, they have a nice little metalic sparkle to them. They look real sharp. I put the flash on to try and draw out a bit of the real color.More pics in a few days with a solid, full photoshoot coming once I return from Cabo San Lucas! -Brandon
Oreo931
I would have liked a darker color, but they look great.

northmiler89
They are actually pretty dark. In the first picture, the wheel in the bottom right corner is the best match to what they look like. But with the sparkle like in the pic of the center caps - I believe they are the same DuPont paint color that Carson used on his Pegs. Going to get some ceramic tint to add some contrast with the wheels. The front of the wheels are anthracite grey and in inside, behind the face is black. Cant see it in the picture though.. northmiler89
They are actually not the stock ms3 wheels.. They are the stock Mazdaspeed 6 Wheels. The stock ms3 ones are nice but I wanted something OEM and different. Alot of guys are running the RX8 wheels but I believe I am the first person, on any of the forums at least, with these on a 3.Unfortunitally I wont have mounted pics until December because they arent getting put on by Thursday, because I dont even have tires yet.. Monday is a holiday and I leave for mexico on Friday and dont come back until the Sunday after Thanksgiving.. Then I get back and have to have the tire pressure monitors transfered from the stock wheels to these, tires mounted, windows tined, catless downpipe and racepipe installed and whatever else I buy in the mean time...Glad to hear most everyone agrees that they do look pretty good ;)
