Volvo1 Posted September 4, 2004 Report Share Posted September 4, 2004 The evap P/n is 9171981There is an add on cabin filter kit for this model, 9192522.Only use the OEM Volvo evap. I have seen non-Volvo aftermarket evap's and they did not fit or match up at all.You do not need to drain the coolant at all.Leave the coolant cap on, remove the cooling lines from the firewall.You will loose about 1 cup of coolant. Bay13 Posted September 4, 2004 Report Share Posted September 4, 2004 There is actually a service kit for the Evaporator replacement.The kit contains:EvapPollen filter and bracketAccumulator"O" ringsNot sure what the cost is for the kit I seem to remember around $450 Try FCPgroton and you should call them, cause they should ask for your year and serial number.
