cmurphy2266 Posted November 15, 2007 Report Share Posted November 15, 2007 I have the iPdUSA iPod adapter for my 1999 Volvo S80 2.9L with the HU-611 headunit. I have the ground wire grouned to two points in the car (Connecting to the Chasis). When i plug the iPod (I use an iPhone) and i turn up the volume i get a rather loud Speaker wine that sometimes can overpower the actual song.It is the kind that when you rev the engine (Or accelerate for that matter) It gets louder. cmurphy2266 Posted November 17, 2007 Author Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 Okay, I've grounded it directly to the chasis in multiple spots (Scraped it to the bare metal) and It has not gone away at all.Does anyone have any idea?
