And such a hard impact should have some nasty consequences on your neck and your spine. You should start feeling it this weekend.I'm no lawyer and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but if you are not at fault and she is, some ambulance chaser of a lawyer will find reasons to sue. I don't remember seeing her on a cell phone, but I am going to have it investigated based on the time of the accident.Well if you tell the insurance company when you're claiming it that you visited the doctor to get checked out and that you were sore which I assume you probably were from getting slammed into it's their policy to owe you some money for that or that's how I see it and that can go towards you getting a new car. I told the insurance company on Wednesday that I had a headache after my accident and they're giving me $300.00 and that was just a headache.
