caliwagon
I've spoken to some of you Socal guys about this already, but figured I'd make an official thread. I certainly don't expect everyone to be able to make it out to this, since it's close to Christmas and everything. I did figure this was after finals for most guys. So anyway, you're invited to come to my place and lend a hand. Also, if you're buying parts off my car, you can just take 'em home with you! Should be a good time of hanging out, wrenching, eating, and whatever. The details...Date: Saturday, December 15Time: As early as you want to show up; as late as you want to stayPlace: Santa Clarita, CA 91321 (I will PM or email you specific directions if you sign up)Food and Drinks: All provided by meBring your work clothes and gloves--I'll supply the orange GoJo! There are a few extra tools I could probably use--I think I already have a cherry picker lined up, but if you have one, let me know. I could also use probably two more floor jacks. It'd be great if you bring your toolboxes along; just make sure whatever you use of yours is clearly identifiable or labeled, so there's no mix up at the end of the day. Also, if anyone has some old steelies laying around--let me know--I don't want to send the car off to the wreckers with Meteors on it.I would like a semi-official head count for food-purchasing purposes, so post-up if you're coming:SOCAL TEARDOWN DAY:1. I think it'd be handy to speed up the suspension work, and to get the axle nuts off.

I would go do the lease option on a good electric impact gun....meaning go buy it from Home Depot and return it when your done.
