What he said. Max output of 15psi, stock tune puts out 8psi.

Stock Volvo turbochargers housing are interchangeable right? In other words, if a I have a 16T, I should be able to use the straight flange housing from 97 LPT in place of 15G housing I have now (yes, to avoid confusion, let me state that clearly, I have a 16T that has 15G conical housing in my 94 855 Turbo right now).

If affirmative, how hard is this swap? My mechanical accomplishments include t-belt, PCV, pan-drop, pnp-switch, and front-end including axles. (And oh yeah, proper install of t-stat gasket ;))

Thanks,

OrleeC

BTW, your CBV (got rid of my leaky BOV) did the trick for my leaky boost. And the e-code lenses are installed too w/ SilverStar to my V70, head-lights are now much improved. Thanks a bunch :)

Is your high-flow cat still up for sale?

Thanks,

OrleeC

Yes the compressor side of any of the TDo4 turbos are interchangable with any of the exhaust sides. If you have done a T-belt you can do this swap.

Glad the parts worked well for you. The cat is pending sale, sorry. You would want to use either the straight or the angled as they are better than the conical in terms of flow. Angled being the best.
