giantrobot9000 Posted December 28, 2007 Report Share Posted December 28, 2007 I did a full tune-up on my 850 Turbo, and after doing the fuel filter and filling the tank,the boost needle has been shooting way over to the right and then hitting fuel cut or something. I love the extra power,but I'm wondering why it is doing this now? It seems like the ecu is preventing it from overboosting or whatever, but I would love to not have the hitch like it has....? Ihatespeedbumps Posted December 28, 2007 Report Share Posted December 28, 2007 I'm gonna say you broke/swapped/disconnected the vacuum line the to wastegate when you did the tune up. Inspect all lines to and from the turbo to the TCV asap. Allowing your car to run like that could cause some damage. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Did you just get this car?No, I've had it a while. It doesn't go into limp home mode. It drives great otherwise actually.I'll check the codes and report back....and the vacuum lines, also.
