Utter Disarray...

Well as I am the luckiest person in the world...

My SAFCII was stolen a few months back, finally got a new one only to have the wideband stop working. So I drove home from Gainesville with some in & out settings chosen on feel, mid 15 AFR the whole way it turns out. The ground wire had snapped where the harness was behind the dash, so had to pull that all out when I got back down south (PITA) and solder it up. The wideband is where it is just because it won't move from there, unless I make it, as I'm waiting on a dash mold from Adam. If you'll notice the passenger door panel is gone, had to take it off to get at the door lock assembly (which still hasn't been replaced because the last torx blew out on it :D yay and I've yet to grab a cutoff wheel from the shop to make a slot)...Well, that panel somehow got left outside of my car port and in the rain...don't ask me how, so need a new one.

So I go to change the oil and put on the HD endlinks and as I'm pulling in the car to the garage I notice PS fluid on the ground...PS pump is completely shitted, yay. Hopefully some Lucas stopleak will hold me over for my drive back to Gainesville on Weds, where the PS pump I ordered should show up soon.

HKS coolant gauge wasn't working, ends up the power & ground to the sensor was broken right at the sensor, soldering impossible. Called HKS, don't make the sensor anymore nor can they source me an equivalent...time to get the ohm meter out...

Go to change the oil, got frustrated and stabbed the oil filter, so still gotta finish that. Apparently my new drain pan has a hole or something as you see all the oil on the ground...And I need to go to the store to get a 17mm wrench (my set ends at 15...) as I can't get a socket on the bottom nut of the new endlinks.

And of course, went to put on my Nardi wheel only to find that the Nardi hub doesn't line up...even though ALL Nardi wheels are supposedly the same. So I get to roll with the stock wheel with it's 1/2'' layer of oil & dirt and tears galore.

At least my buddy got me some wheel adapters, 114.3x5, dunno what mm spacer it acts as though...

Better then a blown engine, but shiieett...this has just been 2 weeks of little BS things over and over, really gets to you lol.

On the plus side, I did get rid of the red silicone line to the boost gauge and I've got a new knee panel to cover all those wires (and yes the airbag is going back...)! :D

Can't wait to be posting pictures of this all fixed...

Should I leave the ramps and some tools out on the back porch again ? B)

Get that thing fixed so you can finally enjoy it. It runs like a raped ape when you have it running right!

Only if you wanna do a power steering pump with me. :D

Eastern Aerospace! Wow, it's been a while since I've seen that name.

For real, got it off a member a LONG time ago.

I've got a set of unbubbled tan doorpanels I am selling. PM me if you are interested.

Don't drive back to G'ville like that, you'll damage your rack. I did it on an MKII and it took just under 100 miles.

You know it's weird, leaking like hell...but the reservoir is still relatively full. I'll see how it runs after I get oil in the engine, see what the stopleak does. That stuff is amazing, from god himself.
