SH8KDWN Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 Honestly, I like the C70 (if you don't have kids). The manual will enhance your driving experience exponentially. The S60 is a great car but nothing exotic or rare by any streatch of the imagination.There is a Saffron C70 in the for sale section that has had a complete engine, clutch, and suspension rebuild. The car will run laps around either of the choices you mentioned and turn a lot of heads. Oh, and it's a manual. If you want the car to look good, run fast, and handle well you will have to put a lot of money into it. I made the mistake (financially) of buying an S70 t5 and building it up, now I'm in process building up my '04 S60R. If I had it to do over again I would have bought either of these cars from someone who spent the time (and money) modding it. Then I'd not only enjoy the car day one but add to it at minimal cost.
