General Disarray
I think my transmission is about done for, and I don't have the $1000 for a rebiuld. Just looking to see if there are any cheaper ones in good condition.

General Disarray
I got it running decent now, I'm hoping that if I baby it and the pedal doesn't see the floor until May I may be fine, I hope. But I'll have to look into that site if it does completely bite the dust before then. Thanks for your help
matt b
After my manual swap, I sold mine for $250, and as far as I know, it is still running fine.Every time someone does a swap, they free a used turbo trans, keep checking back they pop up every 2-3 months in the FS section. dmelviØØ7
MY boss is doing a manual swap in about a month he was talking $200-$250, but then you'd have to ship it.

Shipped a manual trans from CA to FL for $110, using FedEx Ground as well. The auto trans weighs about 115 lbs when it's packed.
General Disarray
Shipped it's still cheaper than a rebuild though. It seems to be running alright after I put that stuff in it last night and the light went out, but I haven't driven it today yet to see what it's like. I'll let you guys know if or when the time comes if I need one. I'm really hoping it holds up. I just got scared because I have school next week, and it's a 24 mile drive everyday.
