Either their internet is down or they can't do it if I don't service my vehicle there. Can someone help me out??? I have all my part, ser and model #'s. PM me if you can help me please!! Mesoam Posted September 16, 2004 Report Share Posted September 16, 2004 Sounds like your dealer is screwing with you. Did you go down there or just call on the phone? They look up your radio code via your VIN number on a volvo Intranet. Depending on what kind of mood the person you get is in they can do it over the phone or have you come down to the dealer ship with proof of ownership e/t/c.
