C70Jeo
About 2 months ago I did the throttle body software uprade. Volvo sent a letter that a free upgrade was available for cusomers that were having a problem w/ their idle. My idle would bounce so i took it in. After the upgrade the car was better, but worse at the same time. It fixed my idle, but I lost the ability to rev past 4k in park or neutral. Also I can't boost. I spike 20 then gets cut to 10 almost instantly. Then is stays glued to 10. It is screwed up so don't do it. The upgrade is a complete sham. It obviously doesn't have a boost gauge so could this be the same upgrade/problem??

leurven
Talk to Nick in Texas about this. They should give you a new TB as it obviously did not fix it. The software update does help but once the TB is bad it really won't help it. Talk to the dealer and tell them you want a Volvo field rep to look at it! If you have modifications then you are going to have to work a little harder.
