Not sure whether or not that's a good thing.Anyway, just got my XD on Friday. Traded a Walther P99c .40 A/S in on it and went with a 9mm subcompact. The P22's for plinking and squirrel hunting. Pretty soon I'll be adding a Remington 870 with 18" barrel to the mix. If I manage to make a ton of money this summer and don't blow it on an R6 or GSX-R600, I'll probably grab a Benelli R1 in .30-06. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The caps are known to break real easy, so to put them in an auto would have me worried. All it takes is for one of those caps to pop while it's getting stripped and now your action is full of #9 shot (or whatever size) as the gun slams back into battery.
