J0E
Living in the best place in the world, the Bay Area, CA, I think all of us here take the weather for granted. No hurricanes, no tornados, no flash floods, no snow, no severe heat...etc. Just beautiful, pleasant weather all year 'round. Take today for example: Sunny, clear blue sky with the temps. in the low-80s along the coast all day long, and a perfect 68 degrees at 8:00 PM as I speak with nothing outside but a soothing breeze and the sound of crickets.I can't think of any reason why I would wan't to live anywhere else. Don’t you just love it?

ChuckV986
Weather is nice in Ca. What I don't like is the crouding, smog, expensive gas, and strict emissions regulations. I really like open space and clean air. I don't really mind cold, and a little snow is no big deal. I really should be living somewhere in Italy, heh. ontheheel
temperature is something that doesn't bother me, as long as its not cold. i honestly love Texas. i love the people, cheap cost of living, diversity of landscape (mountains, forests, desert, prarie, cities, and beaches), and the history of the state. people from outside of texas usually hate all of us because of the pride we take in our state, but i don't know many people who grew up here that don't like it. the culture in texas is something that i love. i mean, where i grew up is in a pretty nice neigborhood on a lake. i could drive ten minutes to my friends house and go riding ATV's, ride horses, and do whatever shennanigans we did at his ranch. i could drive twenty minutes in the other direction and be in the heart of dallas. five minutes away is a gorgeous golf course. hunting is ten minutes away, and double that is five star resteraunts.plus i can wear my boots and hat and people won't think a second thought about it . that's something yall wont understand. and you probably won't understand why there are four texas flags up in my house in oklahoma --sorry for thread jacking...
