fasteddyT5
I came home today and my brother had dropped off my door panels, can't wait to get them in the car tomorrow! (once it stops snowing, again).
Chilled man
how much did that run you to have that done ? THinking about doing that to the extra set of panesl I have .
fasteddyT5
I had these done at a shop in kittery maine for about $320, including the super suede they're covered with. The vinyl was almost entirely pulled away from the backing in the elbow pockets. It turned out to be a very nice alternative to trying to find R door panels and i got to cover a break in the front door speaker grille.
Aequitas_Veritas
im not sure if i like it over the speaker grilles, but does look damn good. Great solution for s70 owners with peeling door panals
550
You can actually do it yourself, it isnt too bad ... just dont use staples... glue works better.

fasteddyT5
I Agree. Great look! But I have the same question...Why would you cover the grills? Are you doing pods?I covered the grilles because the drivers one was broken and i haven't been able to find a way to replace them with getting a new panel. turbormonkey
I guess I am a factory guy not feeling the material it looks too much like the cheapy material they put in cars with cloth seats, haha plus you can find r door panels for around 435. JVC
That looks pretty good, thats a good alternative to getting R panels. I think this could look good with gray inserts on a black door, or maybe a red/black interior on a Red 850? I think so...
550
There is no write up on doing it yourself.
Volvo Virgin
Gonna try this myself with suede or microfiber in the Spring. Minus the speaker grilles that is!!

BEJinFBK
If you're actually using those speakers, then covering them is gonna be a problem...You might consider an acoustically transparent fabric for that part. Anything stretchythat you can see through would be a big improvement for sound. You may also be able to scavenge a grill from a hosed panel, but I don't know how hard it would be to swap.Still, Damn Fine looking work!
