Quick Release Fuel Line

Well i guess the little guy broke when i put my quick release line back onto my fuel pump assembly. With it in its state it allows fuel to leak out. Its a little clip inside of the quick release line.

Does anyone know the part # or where I could buy another one?

Volvo

Quick-release fuel connectors. The people at Volvo stress the need for proper sealing of fuel system connectors in 1993 and newer 850, S70, V70, C70, 590, V90, S40, V40, S60 and S80 models. In these vehicles, a nber of quick-release connectors it at the fuel injection system, the uel tank, the fuel filter and the intake manifold. In addition, a quick-release connector can be found on certain models at the rear edge of the subframe. Several different quick-release designs are used, but all have O-- rings as seals.

No matter the design of the connector, says Volvo, these seals need lubricating with a dose of lubricant (Part No. 1161580 or equivalent) before reconnecting. Mineral engine oil may also be used, but not synthetic engine oil. Check that the connection locks securely. Try pulling the connector apart by hand using approximately 10 to 20 pounds of force. There should be only some minor play in the connector.

If anyone needed more of a description.....
