correct me if I am wrong but he would have to port his intake manifold also... near the TB

You are wrong. He doesn't have to port anything. Even if he did port it the I/M, he still wouldn't notice a difference unless he ported the head as well. A 960 TB is a fine upgrade. If I see one at the JY today I will pick one up.

thanks adam! If my reading all the old threads is right, I only need the actual TB plate.

yippy! I am excited to look at some nice cars, bbq, drink and then put some faces to the cars/names

oh we should wear name tags

we know Adam we know CHILLED

Hah, I doubt we will need name tags for 11 people. I have met almost everyone who is coming before, and its not THAT hard to remember names...

Was wondering if anyone wanted to help me out with a transmount install?

I would soak that Mother Fer in PB Blaster the night before of course

If your doing the bushing it takes 20min, if your doing the whole mount takes 5min. When I did it the bolts came out without any problems, I had to do the bushing which took a bit of time to cut out the old one and had to use a vise to squeeze in the new one... But give it a shot of penetrating oil but it really isn't that hard to do just raise the car a bit and wrench them off and on again... I hope you like vibration thou...:D

Yeah I figured it was an easy job, just not sure how tight the nuts are on the mount. Yeah well I will take vibration and stability over loose over bumps and items like that anyday.

i forget.. what size wrench is needed?

Its in the instructions. I think its 13, 14 and 18mm?
