JustFord0099
came across this wreck on my way home from work just a few minutes ago. The people in both cars were ok (both elderly women) The Corolla the 850 slammed into didnt look like it fared to well though. Ive seen so many accidents in this same spot. Its a major highway with lane that cuts across to the interstate on-ramp. The turn lane is allowed to make the left to the onramp even while the oncoming traffic is still moving along at 50+mph. Your car feels solid perhaps? Either that or maybe his mazda3 rode stiff compared to the softer ride of your car? Only ridden in a Mazda3 a few times, and I don't really remember the right so that means it didn't stick out in a negative way I guess. I have looked at ZERO crash data, but am I the only one who kinda assumes many cars built today are on par with our Volvo's in terms of safety? Mossback
They do crumple nice. It's not very recognizable, but this is an 850 T5 that Tboned an Audi. The doors opend just fine, the driver walked away with a broken wrist.(That's my 05 TSX there on the left it dinged at the end of its roll)
