BlackWagon Posted April 5, 2008 Report Share Posted April 5, 2008 Symptom:When I roll the window down, as it nears the fully open position, I hear a click and the window stops going down. If I release the switch, then press, the window will fully open. I have not noticed this issue when rolling up the window.Is this a symptom that the window regulator is beginning to fail or is it the switch? leurven Posted April 5, 2008 Report Share Posted April 5, 2008 Most likely the regulator. Be mindful that if you have tint and the regulator fully fails it will badly scratch the tint up. I will take off the door panel and see if it is the "green" wheel, but if everything looks ok, I will be in the market for a regulator. Anyone have one they would like to sell, please PM me...
