potroast
Ok well I went under this plastic cap looking for a sensor...I thought it would be attached to the cable or something, but there wasn't anything close to the cable or the wheel that's attached to it....I saw a few electrical connections to things that could be sensors in that general area, but I don't really know what I'm looking for!Could anyone give me more information? Thanks!←Follow the throttle cable to the throttle body. Remove the plastic cover that hides it...If you pull the cable (or have someone push the accelerator) you will see a pulley rotate. There is a rod attached to this pulley that also moves. It's hard to describe, but if you look at it when you move the cable you will see what I mean. This rod rotates a servo that is the TPS.

8501995
Well I went to the Volvo dealer this morning....They changed the TPS sensor, which solved code 223.Then they changed the starter switch and a potientiometer, which solved 243 code in the engine.Cost : 355$ CDN, taxes inc. (15% here!)So I guess its not too bad...Thank you all for your posts!
