I know almost all their prices are out of the park on things so not too many people buy there, neither will I for future purchases I only bought hard to find items from them. Here is my story I bought two things on two different occasions from their ebay store. On both of those occassions the picture of the item looked brand new. What I recieved look like a truck ran over it or it had been sitting in the yard for years. I bought a cargo cover and it was covered in oil and dirt, also bought sunvisors and it was split on seams and very dirty, like it had been dragged across a dirt road, not normal wear. I contacted them and they said they use the same picture for multiple items, which I wouldnt care but send me one in the same condition as the one in the pic after all you are not charging bargain prices. I just wanted to know if others have experienced the same thing I have. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but it happening a second time, I will no longer shop there. Oreo931 Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 I had a poor experience as well.I bought a starter from their ebay store. I paid extra to have it shipped 2nd day air. After 3 days of it not being there, I called them. They said they accidentally delivered it to a different address, and they would ship one out right then next day air so I would have it tomorrow. 2 days went by and I received nothing. I called them and they gave me the run around about something or other. They said that their ebay/internet sales had just started up and it was not functioning properly every time. Sometimes the order would go through, other times it wouldnt. I kind of find this hard to believe considering they happily charged my card I ended up getting a refund and that was that.I have heard good things about if you call them, but for the small market they are selling to they should probably work on their customer service department. 7 VII 7 Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 I bought a front fog light switch from them for $35.. a little high I think... they told me they would ship it out by the end of the week... it was a Weds... well I called on Monday to see if I could get a tracking number... they had not shipped it out... and said they would ship it before the week was donethey shipped it that coming friday and I got it the next week... was in great condition but the shipping was horrible Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I ordered a singlemass flywheel from them during my re-build and they sent in a flex plate for an automatic tranny, sent it back and got a brand new looking flywheel no questions asked Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have had a few dealings with them most of them good but they all are related to and or act like him most times. If you can give the Part # and everythign you get the right thing most times. The last thing I bought from them was a fender , I wanted a silver one ,and it came all scratched up , it would of been fine if I was painitng but I wasnt So I sent it back and got a full refund. other then that its been ok Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MrLorence Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 I have ordered a few things from them and they have been pretty good about shipping and promptness..if you callI did however get a bad V90 wiper from them that was busted and I didn't know it until it fell off and I had to order another one..this one was perfect..I'd say call and its going to be hit or miss either way... flyfishing3 Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 they screwed up an order for an armrest i needed. i gave them color codes and all kinds of stuff. numerous phone calls to insure i got what i wanted. wrong one came in of course and i just ate it and wont buy from them unless i'm screwed.
