potroast
that box will prolly sound like poo in an xcab s10.... Sealed down-firing is about the only thing that works in a small truck, imho.
JESSEXC
It's been years since I've done a stereo install So..... a sealed box then?
potroast
I've done 2 installs in tacoma xcabs, and one in an s10 xcab, and sealed is the way to go... Downfiring, specifically. You can get sheets of Birch at Home Depot for a good price, and make the box yourself.

Bing_0
as i always say, how it sounds is dependant ont he listener, being a installer has taught me that i need to follow the taste of the customer, instead of my self so...if the need is bass heavy with lots of boom, then you are probably right onw ith your set up in anycase, the only real why to find out if its good or not is to hook it up and see b
