2000 S80, Dies When Idling, Fine Up To Speed

I was driving my mother's 2000 S80 2.9 (N/A) for a while, and once back in her possession, it began running odd. Long story short, the car will start and almost promptly die. However, if you keep the RPM's up (above 1500 or so), get it in gear and up to speed (while making sure it stays above 1.2K RPMs or it will try to drop and die), it runs perfectly fine. Down low, it feels like its missing, because of the way it surges. However, once you get it up to speed, there is no evidence of a miss (i.e. spark issue), so I'm lead to believe it's not plugs (they're almost new, Gen Volvo), coil packs, fuel cutting, etc. What it acts like is the throttle body is fluttering or something, causing the miss-like feel and the surging down low, like it doesn't know what it's doing with itself. The car only has around 40K miles on it, and is in excellent running condition otherwise. It throws no CEL's except for after a prolonged period of time, it gave me a P0102, for MAF sensor low-input. I replaced the MAF, and still, it will give me this code. It takes about an hour of driving for it to pop up though, otherwise, no other codes that my OBDII can find. Haven't changed gas types or any other changes to speak of. To a point, I almost think maybe the T-body is dirty or something and could use cleaned, or there's a software issue that needs addressed.

Any thoughts? All input is greatly appreciated.

I have this issue with my T6, I've found some things to help it a bit. Mine wasnt as bad as yours, it would rough idle sometimes and cut out occasionally.

Here are things that I have done that seemingly helped sorta fix it a bit.

Oil Change

Flush/Add Coolant (if low)

Seafoam (seemed to help... I think)

Clean the Throttle Body (has been a recommendation but I haven't yet)

Hope that helps... sorta.

Thanks for the input, John. The car is basically tip-top on maintenance, so it's honestly hard for me to point out a mechanical failure. I'm 2 hours away from it right now and both of my parents are busy, so I doubt the T-body will get cleaned anytime soon. I think they're ultimately going to take it to the dealer and have it diagnosed if the T-body cleaning doesn't seem to help.

Again, any and all input is appreciated
