Idle air control.The "BOV" you are thinking of is located on the turbo, it looks like a triangular thing and is actually called a CBV aka compressor bypass valve. If you wanted to add a blow off valve, you could pm Joseph and he could hook you up with a plug and play install kit from forge. You could also get the same kit at www.vivaperformance.com. Typically, you would block off your CBV with a blanking plate when installing a blow off valve, but you dont HAVE to.
