850 Alignment Specs: Has There Been A Change?

I just had a 4 wheel alignment, after installing new front control arms/bushings, and adding a rear sway bar from 850R to go with rear Bilstein TC's. I use NTB, on a 3 year deal, and have the print-outs from the past 4 alignments there plus a prior one at Hogan Tire. In all of the prior's, the front Toe spec was between +0.12 and +0.22, while today's print-out (in a new format) says it is between +0.06 and +0.11. Rear Toe also changed from old spec of between -0.06 and +0.13 to new spec of between -.02 and +0.05. These specs are "per side" not the combined axle.

Can anyone provide the actual Volvo prescribed specs? I'm am not concerned with the rear, since the new range is within the broader range of the old spec. However, the new front range is completely outside of the old range, so one of them should be wrong.

I had an alignment done on my S70 a couple weeks ago and the former specs were what my guy used, not the latter. I don't know why it would change.
