gapbrother Posted May 8, 2008 Report Share Posted May 8, 2008 a couple of weeks ago my V70 XC 2000, started having trouble turning over. i know the battery is not in good condition and should be replaced, but when i turn the ignition key the engine cranks fine. a repair shop had suggested that my fuel pump is bad and needs to be replaced, they estimated labor at 8 hours. should i even look into replacing the fuel pump and is that an outrageous number of hours to be charging to install a new fuel pump. thanks.
