150k Service For A 2001 V70 T5m

I got a printout from the Volvo dealer of what the 150K service consists of, and after looking at what they charge 600+ dollars for, I decided I'm going to just do most of it and some extra things on my own.

Aside from:

spark plugs

air fliter

cabin filter

oil Change

hinge lubrication

coolant flush

brake system flush

Am I missing anything?

Also .. does the the 2001 V70 T5 have a flame trap? The closest reference I could find in the Haynes manual was the "crankcase ventilation system oil trap" .. Is this the same thing? I found the write up on Bay 13 for the older models, but the write up in the Haynes manual for the this model is very, very basic and pictureless. All it really says is to remove the alternator, and then unclamp a few things .. has anyone done this on a T5 before?

Thanks for any input :D

List looks good to me. No flame trap to service. I do change the trans fluid every 60k though and it is syn.

I have the manual tranny, so I figured that probably didn't need to be changed..

When I was at the dealer today buying my parts, I asked a mechanic the same question in passing about the flame trap, and he told me there was one..I wonder if he didn't catch that it was a 2001 and just wasn't thinking when he answered?? <_< hmmmmm
