850_olaf_nz
Hi folksI'm getting four tyres fitted tomorrow morning, and a four wheel alignment.I've located the Wheel Alignment Procedures and Specs from this link http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/tech/service/8...sProcedures.pdf which states data is for 1995-96.Can anyone *confirm* if this is the correct data to use for my 1997 855-T5? I figured it would be useful to provide the correct info to the tyre shop before they lash into my suspension setup with 'generic' data. If you have tales of woe regarding generic alignments and what I should out for, I'd be interested in reading them. Thanks in advance'Olaf'.1997 855-T5, nivomat rears :o
KlausC
No change for 1997 unless it is AWD. The measurements are always +- some number, tell the service people to ignore the plus/minus and be spot on with their measurements. The +- is there for judging whether or not to do an alignment. 850_olaf_nz
I put it on hold, re-considered my choice of provider and tyre. So come weds afternoon, I should have fresh alignment along with four new Toyo T1-Rs (205/50/16).Anyone else run the T1-R's on their 855? How's the wet performance?regards'Olaf'
