Oreo931
www.speedtuningusa.com SpeedTuningwww.upsolute.com Upsolutewww.vivaperformance.com RICAThose are some reputable tuning companies, among others. There is a lot of information on this. Use the search bar at the bottom of the page, its very useful. For MBC's people usually go with a cheap but reliable 3barracing MBC. www.3barracing.comThere are obviously plenty of other options out there. PyROTech
groupbuy is your best bet for getting things cheaper than normal. I dont remember much about volvos anymore (infact i dont know how i ended up in performance in the first place), but i recommend eurosport tunning for your volvo stuff/ (dont know about the chip aspect from them, but i like there customer service). http://www.eurosporttuning.com/

It sound like you are still running the boost signal through BCS and that is what is limiting you to 10 psi. I just bought a Perrin b.c., really happy with it.BTW I also have a 1996 855-R and Z-4 M.Waiting for the shark injector for the M, might be awhile i do still have the bcs contected but there are no vacuum lines going to it anymore (if i unplug i get cel)i have the mbc in its place between the wastegate and turbo
NW T5R
I have tried both RICA and IPD. Of the 2 I recommend IPD by far for the customer service along with there tune.
adamjjohn203
Do some searching on tunes. IPD tunes have 0 problems unless you are stage 3ing it w/o aquamist. Speedtuning tends to run really rich, but is super cheap. If you ask me for the wear and tear on your engine it's not worth it. Go reputable and talk to IPD. Go reputable and talk to IPD.It's true that ST runs a little rich, but on my car it's only rich under WOT/full boost; just driving around normally it's fine. Also, ST can re-flash the ECU for another $125, so even factoring in a re-tune after you dyno the car it's a good deal.

Go reputable and talk to IPD.there is no serious difference from a guy's compression test results after running an ST off the shelf tune for 6 months, litterally it was within a few psi of the previous readings. you can find the thread if you're interested but there was no evidence of the cyl walls being washed with fuel as so many claim with the ST chips.
