Got Lucky And Caught Leaking Hydraulic Tensioner

So I was trying to adjust the cams of the NA with my newly acquired QBM cam adjustment tools, and lo and behold, I noticed the hydraulic tensioner has traces of oil leak - looks like just started recently.

Anyway, before parking her, I did adjust the exhaust to -2 (retard) and intake to +2 (advance) as suggested for NA in QBM site. The reading was originally +4 and +2, exhaust and intake respectively. I didn't like the result, will fiddle with it more as soon as I take care of the t-belt.

Anybody have a better NA setting to recommend?

Also, anybody ordered the 4-pc kit from fcp Groton like this one?

I wonder if the rollers are INA and the tensioner AISIN for the price. Only belt brand is mentioned as Conti.

EDIT: Just checked and fcp now sells Scantech tensioner for $25 less than the $110 Aisin - will try to negotiate just adding $25 for oem AISIN. Good thing is that they don't seem to have any other pulley, and last time I bought them for my 855, ther were both INA.

I will replace the water pump and have it already, as well as the drive belt which I do need to order.
