S60RDUDE
So the T5 has the symptoms of the clutch gap problem. I am going to attempt the fix stated here Clutch Gap Fix The question I have is where on the actual clutch do I measure to get the .04mm gap? See pic in post arrow pointing to the gap but what gap? And where? Any idea what I should use to measure?

DonutsDemise
use a feeler gauge to measure the space between the clutch and the mating face. have you checked out the operation of the clutch? maybe you have a loose wire or low refrigerant/oil
Guest Guest_whilst_*
anyone?? what do you use to measure?Try a set of flat feeler gauges. Brass would be best-non-magnetic.
