chaze1385
Cant remember if i have posted this or not. Bought my 5 Year old daughter a pocket bike for her birthday in April. She loves it, i have a throttle stop set about 10mph or so. Will go 45mph without it. She is getting better and better, the videos were shot the first time she rode it. And she had just learned to ride a bike without training wheels maybe 2 weeks before she got the pocketbike. Daughter

hgray14
Is that a Buell I see? I just stepped up from my first bike (a Blast...which I loved by the way...kinda like a go-cart) to an XB9S. What an awesome ride although with the Jardine pipe it is blasting my left ear out. Funny thing is that when I am on the bike I am having to hold back from waving at the Volvos and when I am in one of my Volvos I am having to hold back from waving at the Buells. I need the opposite sticker on each vehicle so I look like less of a crazy guy driving around waving at people.
chaze1385
Yes that is my 06 XB12SS and the Red bike is my 97 Suzuki TL1000S I am trying to get back together. I love my Buell, slow, but thats ok, it is different. It is Pretty much stock except a swiss cheesed airbox, wrapped header, Ecmspy and a little shot of nitrous. ALso bobtailed it and stripped off everything that gets in the way. Rear hugger, belt guards and such. All flat black primer. Chad

Chadgoing from a Blast to an XB9S I wouldn't notice the Buell to be slow. but I know that it is a different breed than the rice rockets. Still be new to a more powerful bike it goes plenty fast for me and I sure do like the sound. Out of all the bikes in my gang mine is the one that always gets the looks and the questions. And damn if that sucker doesn't lean nice and smoothly in the corners. I am hoping to have enough riding in to really give the 1125R a run for its money when the Buell track day hits my local track in November. I have been told that is a different beast than the other Buells. Mine came with a couple of mods, like fancy footpegs, the rear pegs removed and then entire cheese-grater tail peice is gone. The guy who had it painted some silver parts black to better match the rest of the bike and then added a small dirt bike fender up high on the rear. I have never seen another XB with this but it gives it a bit of a Motard look...kinda like a KTM SuperDuke. I really like the look and am looking to do something like the Ulysses XB12S (not the T) front end where the back side of the front fender is down low like normal but the front side is up high like a dirt bike.
