Bluetooth Installation Advice

I am looking to add bluetooth capability to my wife's 2002 wagon. Has anyone here replaced the headunit on a 2002 V model with one of the Crutchfield units with their install kit? If so, was it plug and play or is it necessary to macgyver the harness. Just went through this process installing a Dual brand headunit (HD radio and bluetooth) in my 1996 saab and I had to remove the passenger seat in order to splice/bypass the factory amp. The other possibility that I am considering is the parrot bluetooth minikit, which would leave the factory headunity (and steering wheel controls) in place. I am on a tight budget and would like to do this for under $200. Thanks!

I purchased a blaupunkt hamburg with bluetooth from crutchfield that I am installing now. I am stuck at the point where I have to remove the climate control unit. I pulled out the pen holder and removed the two torx screws at the bottom of the climate control unit but can't get the climate control to come out. Am I missing something?

Got it! Was just a matter of using supernatural force. The crutchfield supplied adapters do the trick. The sound quality is much better than the HU-613 that came with the car and it has many additional features.

I will try to post some pix tomorrow after I figure out how to use the bluetooth.
