2000 Volvo S80 T6 - 2 Questions

Mass Air Flow meter/sensor.

I'm no mechanic, but from what I have read on all the forums, the most common causes for erratic idling seems to be 1. ETM (clean or replace) 2. Vacuum lines.

I cleaned my ETM and whole intake (piping, inter cooler and intake manifold) the other day and DAMN was it dirty, the oil I found in there was more like glue so I can see how it may hamper the butterfly from moving freely. On my car it was a mission to get to the ETM, but not sure about the S80.

The dimming lights might just be because the engine is not idling at the correct rpm, the alternator is not spinning at the optimum speed which causes a slight voltage drop.

I want to do all that my self but have no idea which part is where :) is there a manual guide or any link that is useful to do maintenance like these?

Sadly... not for the S80.

picked up my car last night from the dealer, he showed me the parts that need to be replaced. 2 of the mounts one is on the top of engine and the other one is on the left, I think I can change the top one, vacum hose which doesn't seem like hard to change, spurk plugs - I will need your advise what kind of wrench I need and where to get the parts, I need to clean the intake system, all the hoses going over the engine - i will need an advise what to use to clean these hoses and anything I need to be careful about while removing them, The last thing is the Cam Reset Valve, he said this is by the timing belt so I need to remove the cap and replace it, if this is hard, I can have someone to change it, no big deal. So basically I need help big time :))
