NEU Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 So are you going Neu?and whats the plan? we meet at UMBC and wait for the TB'ers to come from arundel mills mall? btw whats a Folk? or are you talking about people?I think the TB guys are going on there own, I offered them the invite but they don't want to come to us they want us to come to them, (which is WAY out of the way), they are a good 10-15 miles south of 95 and they aren't leaving till 9:30. So they are welcome to meet up with us but I'm not driving way out of the way.UMBC is right off 95 @195. We are meeting at the UMBC Research and Technology park, its the first parking lot to the right after you get off 195 on UMBC blvd. I'm planning on leaving Bethesda at 8:15 to be at UMBC at 9 and we should plan on leaving no later then 9:15... So we could meet up in Bethesda or at UMBC. Let me know. Oh and I meant my borrowing my "folks" EZ pass. Only because my I'll be Caravaning up there and not back...So it sounds like Brian, Danny, John and myself are meeting at UMBC and we meet Adam, John and Greg at a church in Wilmington... Here is why I said they were going on there own "why dont the VS guys meet us at Arundel Mills since we initiated this meet anyways" and then after you wrote them and told them we had this planned for a long time they said "right no big deal. lets just stick to the original plans. 9am arundel mills and leave at 9:30. no need to change plans we have already made. who ever wants to show up is more than welcome. I don't think I got it wrong...Understood....but at least that particular member is now trying to make a compromising effort and is attempting to sway the others to do the same.My 2 cents....If the 2 forum caravans manage to converge...GREAT! I originally made the suggestion because rollin' with more cars is usually more fun. If it doesn't happen due to logistics, timing, or convenience issues...no biggie.
