Switch was exactly as described. Extremely communicative, sent it heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and in a large box to avoid any damage in shipping. Paypal transaction went without a hitch. Always kept communication and informed of any small delays. Also tried his best to find me the cheapest possible solution to ship the package over from PA to Ontario. Package was taped up nice and tight. The box looked like it was about to burst due to handling it but with the amount of tape Aaron used, it kept shut . It's too bad Aarons getting out of the Volvo game since he has to be one of the best sellers I've bought from. Shipped me a bumper via Greyhound and it was there like 2 days later, he rags on himself about the condition of things but let me tell you. This bumper is a 9/10 and he probably would have said it's a 6/10. That being said, communication was top notch and it really is a shame that he wont be selling too many Volvo parts because he was truly a pleasure to deal with.
