turbomoose
150 psi for a fresh built motor here is your problem buddy+1.But, I still think those numbers are pure crap. That piston had so much slop I dont know how you could ever reach 150.Dry that load out and you could fertilize the golf course behind my house! mrmattson
WHY HE COULDNT DRIVE IT HARD AFTER 10K MILES?COOLANT/WATER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ITAND HOW DO YOU KNOW HOW FAST HE WAS GOING, DO YOU HAVE SOME MAGIC POWERS THAT CAN TELL IF I BOOST TO 5PSI OR 10PSI?He took off so hard, the rear squated down, the tires chirped and I could hear the turbo spooling. I have no idea how much he was boosting. He took off from the side of the road, which leads me to believe he pulled over after leaving boomin850's to perhaps tweek something, perhaps he wanted more boost? All I know is, that if I just put an engine in a car as complicated as an 850 that had only gone around the block on a test drive, I wouldn't be driving the car that hard. mrmattson
:lol:If I can do it, anyone can.I'm just saying, it's not a small block chevy or anything. It's a modern FWD car, a Volvo at that. BTW, I should have known everything wasn't going to go smoothly when Baker first showed up with the car on the back of the U-Haul and he didn't put the truck in park or set the parking brake... The U-Haul started rolling away with the 850 on the back of it as he ran down the street after it. Pure comedy gold
