turbowagoneer855
Not new to the Volvo scene (my current DD is an '90 764ti), but new to the FWD scene (I always wanted one of those 850 wagons! )I've been on TB (there. I said it!) for a good while now, where I learnt a lot about the basics about turbo theory, thanks to Eric and all good ppl@TB, but never had the money to immerse myself in a serious project due to family obligations. Now, the times have changed, with some available cash for such endeavour in my pocket and very excited about driving for the first time in my life a FWD car (never say never!) Soooo, the opportunity presented itself and I picked up this wagon on ebay, in non-running condition, for one grand only.IMO, still worth it, since the interior+exterior are both immaculate (well, with the usual rip in the driver's seat back! )Still reading through the Peformance section.... NM the date in my pic, forgot to change it after replacing the batteries in my camera. The car was actually transported on Monday.

turbowagoneer855
Love the wheels on Dolly.. Welcome!it's an 28 years old dolly and I got to use it for free! Welcome.Do you have some idea of why its not running?unfortunately, seized motor due to airhead former owner, who didn't check the oil level periodically, knowing well that there a leak "somewhere underneath" is that olive green? looks great, hopefully its not a big deal to get it running againyes, it's olive allright!thanks for the warm welcome!I'm planning to start re-building the powerplant from scratch, since it's not running anyway at this timeBut I'll still have to educate myself first about the FWD world a bit more . It seems I arrived in the right place for this purpose!Hopefully, I'll have some pertinent contributions soon! Cheers,Mark
