irf
sorry guys, not my intention to make anyone envious or jealous, just wanted to share what was really a dream come true for me.as it's classed as a one way toll road, as long as the vehicle is road worthy, you're good to go. you even get coaches out there sometimes!!my car held up well, didn't have any problems at all thankfully. i have hankook ventus RS-2 at the front and eagle F1s at the back and the F1s were more affected by the track action. the F1s are a superb road tyre but cant really handle track action. the hankooks were superb, not very good in the rain though.the nurburgring is a funny place from what i've seen, it's all about knowledge of the track. one guy with a stripped civic was overtaking virtually everything! he holds a season ticket and while we was there he hardly came back into the car park! just kept lapping i myself done 11 laps in my car and had 4 laps as a passenger. didn't do to badly for my first trip, overtook some pretty serious cars(would rather not say what) but got overtaken by all sorts of cars as well. the wierd thing is, when i went out for my first couple of laps, it was very very different compared to gran turismo as the bends seemed sharper, narrower and the inclines and bumps were much more severe. after a while though, it started to resemble more closely what i knew. like i say, wierd!few more pics

Emiel
W W , looks like an amzing experience, it's always been on my list of things to do if i go to europe. There was a group of Aussies 'am Ring' with their Ferrari's (F40, F430 etc.) a few months back... I think the GT3RS was just cruisin' around, even JC can't keep up with them when the are at full steam...
