llama
I just take a fork and knife to the cow while it wanders about in the pasture. but if it must be cooked medium to medium rare with mashed potatoes is what i like.Heck, this January I fired up the charcoal while it was snowing. i did the same...grilling season hasn't stopped for a year and a half for me! J0E
At a proper restaurant, they won't even ask you how you would like it prepared. The chef prepares it for best taste which depends on the individual piece of meat. Try to send it back for an additional minute or two on the grill and most likely, you will be denied.Otherwise, it's medium-rare for me.

B Mac
all my meat is always well done....no risk taking for me.i just got over typhoid. yowzas. I don't know how you could eat a well done steak man! You might as well save some money and order a burger with no bun . It's either rare or "moo'ing" for me...the flavor is the best with some salt, pepper and a pad of garlic butter. My god I'm hungry.

prasamin
what is big over there? lamb?they didn't serve meat anywhere except the 5 star hotels up until maybe 5-7 years ago....of course, the further north you go in India, meat is more common because of the close link to Muslim territories, and the further south you go, seafood is more popular because of the ocean and tropical climate.now, chicken is the the main, and sometimes only meat you'll find at most places....but lamb and goat is also popular.....you'll only find beef at select 5 star hotels, and those are mainly American or European franchises like Marriot, Radisson, Ramada, etc.
