9 days isn't that long to ship wheels IMO, granted a seller should be upfront about it taking that long. Hope this gets resolved for all parties

It's not unreasonable at all, and he was upfront about it, which is why I posted that I did get the wheels with minimal drama. However, I follow this mentality when selling things:

I just think the generally rule of thumb should be have a box and/or be ready to ship your stuff before you post it for sale and take someones money.

When someone pays me for something, it is out the door the next time the post office is open.

This is a shame. I sold a set of wheels to Dustin off of SS a while back. He paid the asking price and all was well. I tried to get centers bored out to fit his 850, so it took some time before I could ship them. My hookup for getting the machine work done for free fell through, so I planned on shipping them out. He told me he lost his job and asked for a refund so he would not have to sell his car. I felt bad, since he was a straight shooter the whole time, and refunded his cash, no biggie really. He put the car up for sale soon after...

The situation seemed weird, but he paid and seemed to come under "tough times."

Jeff, I tried calling you 2x and texted you, get back to me :)

I have those wheels :D

As seriously just be upfront if you take forever to ship stuff.

I am figure you buy something its going to take 2 weeks for me to ship it .

Not because I am lazy , just flat out forget who what where when most times.

And if I take to long and you want a refund no biggy.

Why that is so hard to figure out is beyond me.

FYI, as I first suspected, Dustin is having some tough times right now. His roommate, David (S70-T5m) contacted me and we discussed everything. So, David is going to try and help Dustin out and get all of the items where they need to be.

YES, it sucks that Dustin accepted money for things and did not ship them. Life can throw us a curve-ball sometimes, and it can be tough to keep everyone happy.

Everyone please stay patient and maybe we can salvage the situation and a little bit of someones reputation...

Just a heads up, "S70-T5m" is Dustin/"CO.T5M".

Update:

I started this post on 1/30, it was 14 days after I paid for a set of IPD door pins.

I received the door pins last Thursday, March 25th.

I guess USPS from Colorado to Orlando is pretty slow.
