2011 XC90 V8 with the Executive Package - 126k

Selling because we bought a SPA XC90

Rare year/color/option combo. (No, I’m not going to make a boomer board about Sven making this on the 12th July of the all hallows day) When we bought this 4 years ago, there were only 2 for sale in the US, I barely see any 2011 V8s and none brown w/black

Car lived its whole life in CA so very clean underneath

Has every option but the troublesome xenon bending lights and the rear headrest screens

2011 is a weird year for these. 1st year for 3rd gen Haldex (better pre takeoff torque retention), last year for the V8

V8 makes awesome noises, runs great, tows great. Has 7+4 pin hidden tow connector and 2” receiver w/hitch and 2” ball

Comes with 2 season old Nokians, tire socks, rubber matts and BT usb adapter

All seasons have decent life left in them

Front seats are heated, cooled and massaging

Rear seats are heated with a center booster seat

	3rd row

	Rear view camera

Premium stereo (same as the Dynaudio in the previous year)

Nav that’s of course out of date because Volvo doesn’t make a DVD anymore (yes, it’s mounted under the driver’s seat)

The BT USB adapter works decent, sound is awesome. Was going to put in a Legend kit but wife liked the OEM look

	Since we’ve owned it we’ve:

Put brakes on all four corners

	Fixed leaking valve cover gaskets

	New plugs and coils

Fixed the rattle that these can have from the variable runner length body

Front suspension (can’t seem to find good upper mounts, one of them clunks again)

Always maintained by me or at our local Volvo indy shop

	Oil changes every 5k

Battery upgraded to largest AGM that can fit

Headlights had a recent polish and coat

Car was well loved before we got it and has picked up a couple of scratches and dings here and there

We took it on a lot of great trips and will miss how comfy it is. Power for days and soaks up the miles

Annoyances to some, not to us:

both rear seat heater buttons were missing when we got the car. We had a cover on the rear seat the whole time so it didn’t bother us. Buttons are $100/ea from the dealer

Driver’s side massage doesn’t work. Seems to be a physical issue and these seats don’t exist new anymore and didn’t want to risk a junkyard seat not working either

Front clunk mentioned earlier. It’s a strut mount, nobody seems to make a good one and the dealer wants $$$$$$$ + first born so we just live with it for awhile and then get new ones when it gets annoying

Ignore the VT plate, it’s in Pittsburgh, PA with a PA title

Video isn’t this car, just a showoff of what they sound like with an exhaust

Price is OBO and can be delivered for a fee

i recently came across a brand new, GENUINE VOLVO 850 R bumper.

the owner had it painted black with the intention of replacing the broken one on his black 850 R, but sold the car before ever mounting it.

i saw it hanging in his shop amongst other random parts and it's been there for over 10yrs

we all know these have been discontinued for MANY years now and these almost never come up; what's out there is out there.

i purchased it for my low miles, factory 420 paint code car, 5spd..

i figured i'd offer it here 1st before marketplace, where it'll surely go within a day.

if i dont get what i want for it, i'll just have it painted and mounted to my car.

before anybody throws out an offer, just know i paid $500 for it. what's it worth to YOU?

'98 S90, 157k on chassis, set up to run an LS3. NO DRIVETRAIN OR EXHAUST IN THE CAR.

	$1,250.

TONS of extras included. Located in Boston, MA.

	DETAILS:
HISTORY - '98 Volvo S90 with Ross Converse-swapped LS3. Bought car in 2010 or so, reverse gear went out in ~2013 so naturally the fix would be to v8 swap it 🙂Swap completed by Ross in 2014. The car was my daily driver until about 2016, when the 6L80E started slipping (it was unmodified except for the torque converter, unlike the engine mated to it). She was 95%+ completed at the time of failure... I hadn't touched the exterior (oxidized roof and a small dent in the rear) plus I needed to fix the coolant temp sensor not sending to the factory gauge and add my stereo of choice and some gauges. The car sat waiting for me to have time to work on her, being cranked occasionally and driven around the block from 2016-2018. Then we moved to a new location and a new home (with no garage). As the car sat, I discovered that Audi makes fun cars and they'll put the V8 in there for you, so the incentive to finish the project diminished considerably. You can guess the rest of the sob story, as it sat for the past five years, occasionally being started and run around the block. Finally, I decided we needed a pickup truck, and that pickup truck will need an LS motor, so I've decided to yank the mill out of the Volvo and put it to use.
SPECS & PARTS - This is by no means a complete list as most of it is from memory, but it should give you a good idea that little expense was spared in this initial build, and many of the included "go-fast" parts alone are worth the asking price, notwithstanding the car they come with.
POWERPLANT: Block & trans pulled from a 2011 Camaro SS w/ about 11k miles at the time, bone stock. Transmission does have a slightly higher stall speed torque converter... nothing outlandish as it was a DD. HPTuners flashed and tuned ECU set up as a standalone. LS3 was a converted L99 (again... Camaro SS automatic) that had AFM/DOD disabled/deleted but that kept Variable Valve Timing. ECU, wiring harness, and mounts will stay with the vehicle (I need new ones for the truck swap), so just drop in a new motor and go.
DRIVETRAIN: A few added chassis braces (strut tower, lower brace, etc) are the only suspension upgrades IIRC. The wheels shown have decent winter tires on them.
A/V & INTERIOR: Interior is basically stock. Wrinkled door cards, a spot of chewing gum or something on the back hat shelf, some sagging headliner above the doors, but otherwise in very good condition for the age. Trunk is outfitted with a custom 3-panel enclosure to hold an Alpine 12" sub on one side, a tool/utility kit on the other, and a fire extinguisher in the middle. The middle is removable so you can use the ski pass-through. This is a bit of a weird thing to brag about, but the interior actually smells really good.
TO-BE-INSTALLED PARTS & SPARES: I have a custom rear big brake kit and a custom bumper & lower lip that are truly one-of-a-kind, blending the S90 look with the V70R. Tons of original printed service manuals for every subsystem of the chassis and many other small parts and pieces.
It's all or nothing on the car and the parts. The price reflects that. I do not have the time or inclination to play pick-and-choose, and am willing to throw in hundreds of bucks worth of extra parts to make sure it's a "no-haggle" good deal for the buyer, and "time to turn the page" closure for myself.

Contact me if you're interested and we can talk more; if you're seriously interested, I can dig up more details, take more photos, and so forth. Give her a good home and get this project across the finish line... she deserves it. Thanks for reading this far.

5x108 pattern. Bought used several years ago to mount on an LS-swapped ‘98 S90 sedan but never got around to rolling the fenders so they’d fit. They’ve just been sitting and now I’m pulling the drivetrain for another swap. Tires are around 8/32 and are older but still in good condition. Rims are in EXCELLENT condition and the fifth rim (spare, no tire mounted) is new, I think. No rash, just a little dusty from storage. Happy to take more pics or a video for interested buyers. Local pickup preferred but willing to ship at buyer’s expense.

	$1750 OBO.

	Thanks for your interest!

He rebuilt the B20 in the late 90s with .030" over IPD pistons. Also included, an extra transmission/overdrive assembly, AND another transmission without overdrive (these last two have remote shifter extension assemblies that suggest they may have come from a P1800, or a 140-series with aftermarket remote-shift and console ). Also included, the two front bucket seats, the back seat cushions, and a box of small miscellaneous parts (center wheel hub covers, windshield washer reservoir & pump, and whatever else he pulled out before the car left on a truck).

I am selling this pair of front strut assemblies. They are assembled, complete, and ready to be installed on your car. I built and installed these on my V70R using all new parts around 5 years and 20k miles ago and they are still in good mechanical shape, no rattles or loose parts. The only defect is some cosmetic surface rust and paint chipping on the lower strut bodies consistent with daily driver use (can be seen in pictures). I'm only replacing them because I'm switching to coilivers.

These should work on any P80 and provides about the most drop you can have without coilovers.

	What's included:

	-Koni Sport Yellow Adjustable struts

	-IPD Blue springs

-IPD Heavy Duty upper spring seats

	-INA strut bearings

-All other hardware including bump stops, bellows, nuts/washers, etc were all replaced with brand new parts when I built these struts.

I'd like $400 shipped within the continental US. Shipping from Northern IN.

	Hello fellow Volvo owners,

I am looking for help in finding a price and good homes for some S70 T5s and many spare parts.

My wife and I have parents and grandparents that emigrated from Sweden and we have been Volvo owners for many years.

I have 3 1998 S70 T5s, one is a T5 SE. I and my wife drove these for years and I bought more for our kids to drive. Time to sell all as the kids have new cars and Mom and Dad are nearing a new chapter in our lives. Struggling with how to sell and what price to ask. OUR REQUEST - WHAT PRICE SHOULD WE ASK? The attachment has some details, all run, are clean, no major mechanical issues with mileages between 135K and 165K. Two are auto and the T5SE is a manual trans. All black, are bone stock. Each needs some basic repairs like AC recharge, exhaust system work, brake work and other types of normal repairs. I can identify all needed repairs for each car and I can provide free spares for most repairs. The interiors are super clean, not sure if anyone ever sat in the back seats. (See attachment for more details). I can send more pictures of each car for sure.

In addition, I have a garage full of s70 spare parts and would provide any spares for free as needed for each S70 purchased and I am also looking to sell all the spares as a lot. The attachment has a list of some of the spares.

Pls take a look at the attachment and I thank you kindly for any thoughts on pricing and the best way to sell these truly great cars and spares. My wife and I are sad but know these should go to a good Volvo home.

I am open to any reasonable offer and the $s go to my grandkids college fund.

	Thank you kindly,

After many years of updating, modifying and driving this former 1998 XC70 it is time to let it go. I will first tell you that it has a salvaged title, it’s important to know why as it in no way degraded the integrity of the car. I was leaving for work one early morning and as I was driving down the road my neighbor pulled out of his drive directly into my R front fender…took out the fender, the tire, the headlight and a few other misc parts. Because it was a company vehicle his boss would not do a cash deal and insisted on using his insurance company. Well you know how that goes, the full retail to replace the bolt on parts at a body shop totaled the car. I had way to much in it to watch it get towed to a crusher so I bought it back and fixed it. I can obtain supporting docs if need.
Here is what has been done over the time I have had her. I will probably forget some things I’ve done?

Entire drive train updated to 99 parts, -0- drive shaft vibration! Colorado drive shaft installed. 2000 rear brakes. DVS 320 mm front brakes. Kaplhenke Rear adjustable springs, upper front camber plates and solid front subframe bushings. Home made yellow Koni adjustable coil overs. 2005 50k v-70R 6 speed installed with all matching components including modified shifter and cables. Shift arm locations altered to shorten shifter throw about 15%. Engine is a “RN” out of a 2003 XC90, it had around 40k on it. Engine was stripped completely and 100% cleaned. Bores were perfect with no measurable wear. Crank was perfect. Carrillo rods and JE pistons custom made and installed. Sputter rod bearings installed. Engine set up for Vast COP control unit Aaron has tuned it to where it’s at now. Wire harness stripped and red wrapped with all COP wiring incorporated, looks factory. Has VVT hubs. V70r exhaust manifold. 19T turbo with angled flange. 960 MAF housing. Alum intercooler and radiator. AEM Wide band. Late V70r intake manifold with adapted 960 throttle plate and throttle cable. DW200 fuel pump was installed with a custom mount into the factory pump/sender assembly.

Interior is in great shape considering the year. No tears in seats, door panels have custom insets made similar to the R vehicles. Headliner is showing some signs of delaminating. Has a R instrument cluster. Dash housing was replaced, no broken mounts.

it needs a good cold air intake fabricated and then Aaron to finish the tuning, if you have 93 octane then all the better. All of the engine work and the trans replacement was done most recently, first engine start was April 2020 with 320,000 miles on the clock. It now has just over 340,000 miles. I actually have a very short video of the first engine start. I have never beat on it cold, never tracked it, it was built to commute a windy highway and to have fun with.
I hate to get rid of her, it has never let me down as it has always been my daily driver, and will be until sold. I threw in some pictures, can send more and take more as need. I don’t know what to ask, I know I have to put a price on here so $13,500? While I don’t want to give it away I am realistic of its value, I could probably do better parting it out? I would love to see this car go to someone with the passion to finish it off and enjoy it.
Let me know your thoughts, including how crazy I might be! The vehicle is located in Santa Cruz Ca.
For Sale

(Or if trading I'd take 18" OEM pegs or preferably 18" BBS OEM Nebulas)

The wheels are like new. They have no rash, no bend, no cracks, no issues at all - Just want a new look for this car...

I bough these wheels/tires in 2013. They have a little less than 3,000 miles on them total.

There is no discount if you want just the wheels.

Wheels: OZ Superturismo LM Set of 4 wheels, Bright silver with black OZ lettering, 18"x7.5", 5x108mm pattern, ET40 offset, 65.1mm bore. Come with the original wheel boxes too.

Tires: BF Goodrich G Force KDW, 225 35 18 - they have tons of life left. Never tracked and my car hasn't been finished in 10 years either so never even got to properly wear them down if you know what I mean. The car has always been aligned running them - there is no uneven wear, no patches. They do; however, have some wear on the sidewall where it meets the tread from contacting the rear fenders.

Fit: This is the stock overall outer diameter size for the 850 - they dont raise/lower the car or alter speedo. I have only ever had them with the BBK seen in the pictures. While they dont need spacers for this particular set up - these photos are 5mm front spacers and 15 or 20mm rear spacers.

Location: West Chester PA 19382 - Currently not willing to ship them. I am willing to meet up to show/sell them locally. I will drive 30mins in your direction too and even help you mount them if you want to 'test fit'.

	Price: $1,500

	Thanks for the interest,

	Jetex Cat Back Exhaust

New, Dual outlet, 1 resonator/muffler, 2.5" stainless piping

It is $750-$1000 new and out of stock!

	Asking $650 for two reasons:

-Its cut in one spot where I was going to do a transition and v-band to my current 3"dp. you could weld it back or use a slip coupler there. It's in an easy spot to fix or mess with.

-The points where this exhaust slips together and then clamps are pretty poorly placed. I used this to copy some bends to create my custom 3" dual exhaust.

This is listed on Craigslist in WA for $5000: 850 Volvo Project.

I bought this rolling chassis from the builder who owns a fab shop in WA. I changed jobs recently and took a pay hit so my pace on this project has slowed drastically. The builder's original thread is still on this forum for those interested: 1995 850 lightweight build.

The first picture is from the builder who drove it for awhile after the cage work. The car was disassembled for more cage work in the engine bay. Pictures following the first 5 are current condition. Has a clean title. Has a full FIA/NASA spec roll cage and was designed to be a replica of the famous BTCC 850 wagons. The car was converted from a sunroof to a slicktop by the builder. The 850 Turbo engine was pulled so the front fenders could be tubbed and the strut mounts were raised and tied into the roll cage with extra camber and caster adjustment.

I was planning to drop in a 2004 V70R 5 cylinder turbo engine and a 5 speed. I have most of the parts to complete the swap including an M56 5 speed tranny out of an 850 GLT and a V70R engine with 127,000 miles, K24 turbo, coil on plug, green injectors, Vast tuned M4.4 ECU good for 4 or 500 horse with minimal adjustments. The timing belt was changed at around 120,000 miles. It's sitting on Bilstein struts in the rear with drilled and slotted rotors all around. Bilstein coilovers for the front need an adapter plate to fit the new strut mounts. I also have all the necessary trans and engine mounts, all the panels to complete the body, plus loads of other parts- extra axles, brake and suspension bits, performance clutch, IPD turbo goodies, and too many others to list.

The things you will need to source are: wiring harness for V70R (I have the complete 850 Turbo harness), suspension adapter plates, seats, and harnesses, steering wheel.
I will continue doing fabrication work on the car as I know that is a limiting factor for some folks. Once I've machined new strut mounts and forward cage tack welds are sewn together somebody could complete the project with basic mechanic's tools.

Thanks for looking. I want to find this car a good home.
