Pops Racer
Funny how the last two links look like the were written by a columnist from FOX news........Quite long articles indeed and I read it for such a long time I totally misconstrued it's concept. It's just another example of the lame attack (by republicans) of 'guilty by association'. Obama training ACORN's employees doesn't necessary make him a corrupt candidate.+ I doubt Obama'll win Mr. Cletus .......besides it'll be interesting to see how far this country can go under if ruled by McCain; hence my vote 4 McCain . Let's see how resilient this country really is, no?Stop calling me Mr. Cletus, that makes me feel / seem older than I am . Listen, Obama has ignited the youth vote, and the left has the media in its pocket. Why is everything that FOX reports questioned on its voracity? Do you think they are lying? If McCain was associated with David Duke, would that change your opinion of him? Obama's associations are questionable. If he's on the board of Acorn, he approves their policies and behaviors. If he's buddies with known domestic terrorist he share some of hid philosophies. Same with Rev. Wright. He denies but he must have been influenced by these individuals. Oh and he lives on the same block as Louis Farakhan, noted lover of the white establishment.Interesting how i posted a bunch of stuff, opinions, facts and personal positions, and you all ignored it. No desire to debate my side, so you just gloss over and go forward with rhetoric and opinion, no counter points? Disappointing but typical. You called me out and I ponied up and you have no commentary. Your silence speaks volumes.I did not watch the debate, so I have no input. I think the term "rule" does not apply to a President. Pops Racer
Read about Sarbanes/ Oxly legislation. Sorry about the spelling. Every economist of note condemns the idea of raising taxes and introducing new govt spending as a sure path to delayed recovery.
Zappo
Listen, Obama has ignited the youth vote, and the left has the media in its pocket. Why is everything that FOX reports questioned on its voracity? Do you think they are lying?FOX reporting is questioned just like you question the rest of the media. Just like a negative campaign ad, you can be telling the truth, but only the part that makes your candidate look good and the other look bad.I think the term "rule" does not apply to a President. It does to Bush. He bypassed Congress and the Constitution whenever he felt it was necessary.
7 VII 7
Low socio-economic AA votes, that is weird.FLORIDA IN 2000 Then get off your ass and start a grass roots campiagn in D.C. to get all those wealthy rich people to get to the polls and vote!ACORNsome more information on ACORN. looks like we'll be slipping a lot more in the coming months. better not go barefoot under an oak tree if you get my drift.FOX reporting is questioned just like you question the rest of the media. Just like a negative campaign ad, you can be telling the truth, but only the part that makes your candidate look good and the other look bad.It does to Bush. You can't because they are on the money with most of there stories. Or your lazy.Congress has the power to stop practically anything he wants to do, even the minority party has options. Face it, they all signed on to Iraq, and they are just as culpable. Why arnt we having hearings about freddie and fannie? Because the Dems control the committee and they are the ones who enabled the failures.
Pops Racer
Oooh. A political stunt. I'm sure they will blame it on underlings they had no idea about. So you suck as a supervisor? ErikS
so... you were saying? The fact that ACORN has registered 1 million + voters in poor urban areas of low socio-economic class scares the Republican party.Did you read the last link you referenced? It is playing off the "raid" as a ridiculous attempt to smear the organization.
JCviggen
Here you go guys... something other than FOX NEWSACORN Voter Fraud/RAIDso... you were saying?Well, from the link you gave :http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/05/s...a_n_132098.htmlIf there was a decent story in it, I'm sure it would be all over the less obscure media. As someone who has absolutely nothing to do with US elections I find it scientifically fascinating how people's affection for a particular political direction narrows their perceptions to merely what they want to believe. It is playing off the "raid" as a ridiculous attempt to smear the organization. The organization does not need to be smeared... they already are through sub-prime mortgages etc. The support of ACORN for 1 million + voters does not scare the Republican Party... it is the number of false registered votes (the whole Dallas Cowboys are registered in Nevada?) is what scares them and it shouldWell, from the link you gave :http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/05/s...a_n_132098.htmlIf there was a decent story in it, I'm sure it would be all over the less obscure media. As someone who has absolutely nothing to do with US elections I find it scientifically fascinating how people's affection for a particular political direction narrows their perceptions to merely what they want to believe.ok... ACORN scammed people... ACORN had Obama as a Laywer for them... ACORN is now facing VOTER Fraudhmmm that is not really narrowing anything... if this was McCain then I would be disappointed and scared for him
