I owned a ghetto Corvette at one time. These are some of the stories from it.

The exhaust pipes on it fell off the car. I was driving up north with my (now ex) girlfriend and we heard this "thump" and a scratching sound. Kept driving for a while, I get pulled over by a State Trooper. I flashed him my Eagle Scout card, and he allowed me to zip tie my exhaust back up. I'm laying on the ground, on the side of I-75, zip tying my exhaust back up. That was interesting!

I'm on I-696 (A really fast highway) and my car shuts off. No rhyme or reason, it just powers down. Mind you, I'm surrounded by mainly truck traffic, I somehow navigated through, to the side of the road without any power. Restarted, got to Woodward, and it died on me again.

Stupid car.

Swapped wheels well swapped one loosened up two of them

coundt figure out why I such a bad wobble but went away I sped up .

Needless to say going 50mph the tire finally falls off and into the wheel well

so pull off the side of the road jack the car up pull a lug from the other three bolt the other tire back on , acutally tighten them and drove to work

Rested my arm on the positive lead of a battery while using a metal wrench to tighten the negative lead and then wondered why it burned.

Left the key to my wheel locks on the lock and went for a drive, found it after a nice walk.

Dropped my car off of a jack, crushing the radiator.

Tried to modify the NA before realizing I needed a T5M

I ripped the fuel door off of my 850 because it was jammed. Didn't realize how easy it was to get to the emergency release.

I drove a 93 Dodge Shadow around with no brake lights, no turn signals, no heat during the winter (hurray for ice on the windows!) when I was 16. Then my Dad drove it and realized how dangerous it was so he made me get rid of it.

overshot rhino ramps and came crashing down on my fiberglass sideskirts....i was on the FK cup kit, so the impact was monster....had to jack the car up and get the ramps out.....then had to pay a few hundred to get the skirts fixed and painted.....good times.

haven't really done anything else very stupid.
