I think it's pretty straight forward.

I don't want to hear any of this "I'm kind of in the middle" bullshit. Everyone's in the middle. Here's a list of people who are in the middle:

Bill O'Reilly

Michael Moore

Nuff Said

Just to clarify, these are two examples of BSers who say they are in the middle. Like them, you are full of monkeys if you say you are in the middle.

I only ask because it seems like the majority of VS regulars are a bit to the right, just wanted to see.

Michael Moore is in the middle? I thought he lived at the McDonalds on the far far edge of the left?

If you can't pick a team then you can't play, sorry.

And those two say they are in the middle, that was my point.

Maybe this will help: Which side are you voting for?

If you are voting for: Republican, Constitutional, etc. and you like Fox News pick conservative.

If you are voting for: Democratic, Green, Socialist, Communist, or if you watch a lot of MTV, etc. pick liberal.

I too have somewhat liberal human rights ideals, JFTR.

and if we are undecided with which of the two idiots to go with?

Anyone remember the Simpsons episode where Kodos and Kang take over Clinton's and Dole's bodies and rig the election?

Kodos: "it's a two party system, what are you going to do about it!?"

Guy in the crowd: " I believe I'll vote for a third party candidate!"

Kodos: " GO AHEAD, THROW YOUR VOTE AWAY!"

haha..

Liberals do 13's :D

See I was thinking Liberals whine about how they can't do 13's cause they can't afford parts, because they don't make enough money... :D Not that I've ever seen 13's however. :( nor do I make enough money. :( wait.... maybe I'm... liberal?

Silly question. What definitions are you using?

Liberal:

1. politics progressive views: a belief in tolerance and gradual reform in moral, religious, or political matters

2. politics political theory stressing individualism: a political ideology with its beginnings in western Europe that rejects authoritarian government and defends freedom of speech, association, and religion, and the right to own property

3. economics free-market economics: an economic theory in favor of free competition and minimal government regulation

Could also mean broad minded. Could also mean a member of the Democratic party with today altered definition.

Conservative:

1. reluctance to accept change: unwillingness or slowness to accept change or new ideas

2. right-wing political viewpoint: a right-of-center political philosophy based on a tendency to support gradual rather than abrupt change and to preserve the status quo

3. desire to preserve current societal structure: an ideology that views the existing form of society as worthy of preservation

Could also mean unwilling to accept change, or a member of the Republican party.

I believe in definitons 1-3 of liberal, but I'm certainly not a Democrat. I believe in 2-3 of conservative, but I'm not really a Republican either. I usually vote Republican, but I also vote Democrat from time to time.

'Republican' policies I tend to favor:

-Finances

-Military

-Abortion to a degree...don't feel its really my business seeing as I'm a man

-Pro-states, pro-constitution

'Democratic' policies I tend to favor:

-Environment. That's a big one for me.

-General social policies....they're generally more...socially responsible.

-Civil liberties

-Gun-control. Not anti-gun, but I think we need some reform here...

What would you call me?
